Our production is entirely designed and manufactured inside our company with modern technology, allowing us to build customised machines, robust and reliable.
Our philosophy is aimed at continuous technological evolution and at the introduction of innovative solutions, even on older and conceptually simple machines.
We are also specialized in certain types of specific machines for typical regional products such as Ferrarese bread, the Torinese breadsticks , the tarallo Pugliese. In particular, we automated the production of Romagna Piadina with the engineering of specific machines that combined they can form complete lines (including cooking process), still respecting the craftsmanship and without deriving solutions in the adaptation of machines and lines that were originally designed for other types of baked goods.
