The automatic industrial Refiner RA700I is the highest technology for compressing and roll the dough. Designed to obtain the best results in any type of condition has been equipped with the mechanical and electronic technologies more advanced and reliable for continuous use and burdensome without stopping the machine.

The machine is designed for automatic loading and unloading via mandapasta automatic with different solutions customizable to create an automatic line lamination with possibility of combining several machines both online and side by side to increase the production.

The control panel is equipped with touch-screen interface color Multilingual where you set the parameters of operation of the machine with the ability to store them in the recipes.

The machine is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 with waterjet cut, folded and welded. All components in contact with the product are certified for food use. The machine is mounted on adjustable feet to adjust the height to individual needs.


During processing, through the lower belt, the dough passes through the three rolling rolls, so as to create a sfoglio that passes to the upper belt; the trolley collector wheel in a transverse position, and by making a translational movement-oscillating loads the sheet optimally then to reposition themselves and start a new cycle.This system promotes the stratification with plots crossed to obtain a lamination of a quality suitable for all types of dough.
