AUTOMATIC REFINER RA700

The automatic Refiner is the result of our large experience in bakery industry and, after so many years spent in developing and improving our product, now we are proud to offer a machine with extraordinary qualities and sturdiness, able to work on different kinds of  bread doughs, both soft and compact.

If not used, it is possible to fold the machine in order to occupy a minimal amount of space. This system is necessary to feed breadsticks machines, tarallo machines and other similar bakery equipment.

On the RA700N model, once the collection is over, the discharge belt stops and  it is possible to use the refiner again. If not used, it is possible to fold it to limit its space. This system is necessary to feed dough lamination lines or similar.

These models are fitted to be connected to  dough feeder, so as to create a completely automated line.

The machines are easy to handle because mounted on castors, two of them with brakes.

 
IL FUNZIONAMENTO

To start the process, load the dough on the conveyor belt and start the machine; on the lower belt, the dough passes through three laminating rollers, creating a dough sheet that goes to the upper belt, then the fitting truck system gathers it. A 90° rotation movement conveys the dough on the loading belt and a new cycle starts. Automatic Refiner RA700 is supplied with 2 convenient knobs on the control panel regulating the thickness and with a cycle counter that stops automatically the process. The machine is supplied with a lever that regulates it to the consistency of the mixture. In models RA700N and RA700T, when the automatic refiner finishes the dough processing, the deflecting rollers lower themselves taking off the dough sheet from the machine and positioning it on the unload belt. In model RA700T the dough sheet goes through the cutting group, that forms predetermined-size batters. Once the collection is over, the unload belt stops and it will be possible to use the refiner again.
