Industrial Piadina Cooking System

PIADINA COOKING SYSTEM PC2560 / PC3060 / PC3070 / PC3070E

The automatic piadina cooking and baking system was created to automate the cooking of round flat-breads as Piadina, Pita, Tortillas, Lavash, Crepes on an industrial scale, without altering the characteristics of manual cooking.

The machine is made of stainless steel AISI304 and it consists of a tubular frame which supports the cooking plate and built with an external openable interlocked panel systems.

The loading conveyor belt is available in different lengths and it can be doubled to unload the exceeding flour.

To optimize the production, the machine can be interfaced to the PS300 dough sheeter line, that produces flat-breads, piadina, pita, tortillas and so on from the dough-ball and that unloads it automatically on the loading conveyor belt.

 
IL FUNZIONAMENTO

The cooking process is performed as follows: the loading conveyor transports the flat-breads (like piadina or tortilla or pita and so on…) that feed the internal part of the cooking plates, consisting of a rotating ring heated by groups of burners or electrical resistances (PC3070E model), the flat-bread cooked on one side comes to the flip-over belt that picks it up ahd flips it over the external part of the cooking plate. Once the cooking is finished, a moving shoulder pushes the product in the unloading chute, where it can eventually collected by a conveyor belt (optional).
