The fork-kneading machine was one of the first machines used by bakers in the history of bread-making, in order to automate the productive process.

Today it keeps on being essential thanks to its very effective working system.

We succeeded in improving this machine and we produced our unique set.

The fork kneading machine with lifter is a machine that occupies very small space while maintaining all the features of stability and functionality.

The whole machine’s structure and the machine's guards are entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, waterjet cut, bended and electro-welded.

The tank is formed, welded, satinized inside and glazed outside.

The lifter allows to reduce the processing time facilitating the dough discharge.

The machine stands on adjustable supports, in order to adapt itself to any height needed.


The fork is composed by a turned shaft welded with two bended arms. Two unconnected maintenance-free driving systems control both tank's and fork’s movements. The lifter uses a hydraulic movement system. The kneaders are equipped with an electronic programmer that displays various functions, alarms and it can store work cycles presets with the possibility to adjust fork speed, tank turning and durations of processes. The lifter allows to reduce the processing times facilitating the dough discharge
