Tagliamicche TM300

The Tagliamicche TM300 cutter is suitable for the production of Parma bread micche and micchette.

The whole machine’s structure is made of stainless steel AISI304, laser-cut, bended and electro-welded and painted with epoxy-coating.

When not used, it is possible to close the loading and discharge conveyors and the bench supports as well, to limit its space.

The machine is easy to handle because mounted on castors, two of them with brakes.

Its working is very simple: the breads, with a maximum length of 600 mm, are set on the loading conveyor one after the other on one or two rows, depending on their diameter. Once the machine is started, the bread is lightly pressed by an adjustable roller and cut at the desired length, from 30 to 600 mm, by a blade with an alternate movement. The product comes out of the machine and it is placed on the discharge conveyor belt where it is possible to collect it. When the discharge conveyor is full, a device stops the machine, that is ready to start once the product is removed. The machine is equipped with timers to vary the size and speed of production and with convenient bench supports.
