CORNETTI GROUP CG620 / CG620C3 / CG620C4 / CG820

The cornetti group was created to automate the production of Ferrara bread such as Coppie, Crocette, Riccioline and Vedove of various diameters and lengths.

The control panel is equipped with a touch-screen color multilingual interface where it’s possible to set the operational parameters of the machine with the possibility to store them into the recipes data.

The cornetti group is available with rear feed roller, more practical to use, or front feed roller, more compact.

When the machine is not in use you can close the feed roller and the discharge conveyor to limit its size.The machine is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 with waterjet cut, folded and welded.

All components in contact with the product are certified for food use.

The machine is easy to handle because mounted on wheels, two of them with brakes.

 
IL FUNZIONAMENTO

The machine is equipped with a feed roller conveyor where to put the dough to place in the die; once the machine is started and the dough breads are channeled, the molding machine begins to produce the cornetto reproducing the manual movement done in the past by bakers. The machine is equipped with regulators to vary the length and the diameter of the cornetto and the length of the junction flap. All adjustments can be made even when the machine has already started to work. The automatic feeder and the winder to roll up the tongue on the cornetto are available as accessories.
